I searched a lot of guide through Google search engine but none are working. With these tips The Boss is actually quite easy.
1. CQC or Close Quarter Combat is the easiest way to defeat her.
2. When she is rushing towards you, you need to run away from her until she catches up to you and then you will see a "!" on Snake's head. At the same you need to press "O" button and move analog stick towards her and Snake will perform a counter.
3. When you countered successfully she will be stun and not moving quickly, press "O" button and move analog stick towards her to take her down.
4. Repeat until her stamina is gone. Simple.
P.S When is she shooting at you, just dodge towards her until she rushes to attack you.
